While you’ve probably attended at least a few weddings in the past, you’re probably wondering, how are we going to pull this off? How much is this going to cost, and where do I start? And of course, the next questions from your friends and family are certain to be “so when is the big day?” and "how is the planning going?" which can add a bit of anxiety.

Our founders own experience planning her wedding in record time (with the support of a wonderful Coordinator) is a big reason she decided to start Curated In Style Event Planning and Design. It can take the average couple upwards of 300 hours to plan a wedding. There are a lot of moving parts and CIS believes you should be able to actually enjoy your engagement with your partner and your loved ones, without the stress and complexities of planning. 

Our full service package is for couples who desire professional creative direction and inspiration throughout the entire wedding planning experience. We oversee each aspect of the wedding day. This package includes (but is not limited to): 

• Curated In Style Wedding Consultation Workshop and mood book
• Regular preparatory meetings
• Unlimited client/planner contact
• Location research, scouting and selection
• Vendor selection, management and coordination
• Wedding design and styling
• Overseeing wedding stationary
• Wedding budget development and follow-up
• Guidance for planning other wedding related events, such as your engagement party, shower,  and rehearsal dinner
• One-hour think-tank with members of your bridal party if they need support planning your bachelorette/bachelor party
• Wedding timeline development (detailed sequence and timing)
• Preparation and coordination of the wedding rehearsal
• All services noted under Wedding Day Management

Maybe you've already started planning your special day but would like professional support and expertise. For instance, you've already booked your venue and most of your vendors, and have identified your theme, but would like guidance with executing your design vision, managing the details with your vendors, along with Wedding Day Management services. Our partial planning packages would be a great fit. This package includes (but is not limited to) the following:

• Detailed planning meeting to discuss your wedding vision
• Unlimited email contact
• 4-6 client/planner meetings (including venue visit)
• 4-6 meetings with your vendors
• Guidance on design and styling
• Assist with wording on your wedding stationary
• Review of budget/making suggestions to save on cost
• Wedding timeline development (detailed sequence and timing)
• Preparation and coordination of the wedding rehearsal
• All services noted under Wedding Day Management 

Our Wedding Day Management/Month of Coordination package is the perfect solution for couples who would like to plan their own weddings, but want to relax and enjoy their celebration without worrying about the details and execution on their special day. 6-8 weeks before your big day, we will schedule a venue visit and go through all the details of your day, troubleshoot any potential issues, and produce a detailed Wedding Day Itinerary. On your wedding day, we will oversee and execute all aspects of the day to your desires. This package includes (but is not limited to) the following:

• Onboarding meeting to discuss all aspects of your wedding
• Unlimited email contact
• 2-3 client/planner meetings (including venue visit)
• Review your vendor contracts, confirm all vendor responsibilities/provide them with a detailed timeline at least one week prior to the event
• Wedding timeline development (detailed sequence and timing)
• Preparation and coordination of the wedding rehearsal
• Direct all vendors on event day, oversee set-up
• Central point of contact for members of the wedding party and all vendors
• Troubleshoot any challenges
• Set up ceremony and reception decor not handled by a specific vendor (such as escort cards, your guestbook, unity candles, etc.)
• Coordinate all wedding day components, such as entrances and exits, dances, cake cutting, etc. according to timeline
• Lead planner on site from beginning to end, along with at least one assistant (depending on the complexity of your event)
